We are a family-operated small business. Fridas Food Truck started as a small dream, but it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. One day a very good friend said to me, El Sol sale para todos. The rest is history. We are here to share with you our passion and love for some of our most typical foods, from our kitchen to yours, with love, passion, and hard work.
Frida is a food truck that brings the heart of Mexico to your table. Our dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients, and we take pride in our authentic recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Our story begins with my mother Maria Antonia (Tony), who was a master in the art of Mexican cuisine. She inspired us to create a business that would share her passion and love for food with the world. We are committed to delivering the same quality and authenticity that Tony instilled in us.
